“As Co-Chairs of the Lawyer Common Alliance’s AI Activity Drive, we welcome this blueprint as a significant step towards aligning the expertise sector’s little one security practices with the enforcement realities our workplaces confront daily. We’re notably inspired by the framework’s recognition that efficient GenAI safeguards require layered defenses — not a single technical management, however a mixture of detection, refusal mechanisms, human oversight, and steady adaptation to rising misuse patterns. This mirrors what we see in apply: the risk evolves consistently, and static options are inadequate. Getting the prevention structure proper upstream is the only highest-leverage funding the business could make in little one security.

In the end, the energy of any voluntary framework depends upon the specificity of its commitments and the willingness of business to be held accountable towards them. We look ahead to continued partnership with OpenAI, NCMEC, and our fellow Attorneys Common to make sure these suggestions translate into sturdy protections for youngsters.”
